WE HARDEN, WE SOFTEN, WE LET IT BE.
Isn't it amazing how we've adjusted and pivoted to connect in the ethers, over square boxes on a screen? The beauty of technology is this ability to cross great masses of land and water, surpassing space and time.
Yet Zoom fatigue is very real. Working from home, virtual gatherings, fitness classes plus social media and Netflix are endless screens that often leave us feeling more isolated than ever. How do we cope and stay connected?
We go outside, find the answer in trees, listen to the sound of the crunching snow underneath our feet. We dance, sing, make art. And on the days where it's too cold, too depressing to leave the house, we lay. We cry and scream into our pillows, punching the air with clenched fists. We harden, we soften. We let it be.
